I work with more conventional approaches to therapy in addition to some unique, extremely effective and highly sought after therapeutic services such as Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy and Beach Walk Therapy.
I received my Master’s Degree (MSW) in Social Work from California State University-Long Beach, California in 1998. From there, I became licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW #26073) in California. My under-graduate work includes an Associate Degree in Equine Studies and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work. I am also a Certified Equine-Assisted Therapist and a Certified Professional Life Coach.
I have worked for over 16 years in the field of Social Services for the County of Los Angeles, to include working in the following positions: Adoption Social Worker, Trainer and Speaker on Suicide Prevention, Mental Health Clinician for Adults, Children and Families, Veterans and Addiction Recovery.
